SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Our goal is to offer is to offer you with the best shipping experience no matter where you live within India. We deliver to hundreds of customers pan India, ensure that we provide very highest level of responsiveness to you all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided in two parts:

  1. Processing Time: Order verification, Tailoring, quality check and packaging. This generally takes 6-12 hours.
  2. Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.Within Mumbai: 2 -3 working days Rest of India: 7-10 working days.

The approximate time to deliver the product mentioned herein and website are indicative and approximate. Sometimes due to situation beyond our control, it is not possible to meet the above timeframe. In such scenario, no refund, exchange or return shall be entertained for this reason.

DELIVERY NOTIFICATION:

Once the order is placed, we will hand over the shipment to our courier agency & send you the email regarding the shipment of your order. You will automatically receive an order confirmation receipt on your registered/given email ID with required details. This email will have the tracking number and the courier company website details for you to track the movement of your order. Tracking order numbers for the shipment might take some time to update on the website of the courier company.

SHIPPING COST:

We offer free shipping to any address within India. The shipping cost is included in our total price of the product for delivery within India.

TRANSIT RISK:

We are shipping all consignments covered under insurance and at no extra cost to our customer. If our logistic partner/ shipping/ courier company fails to deliver your order, you will not suffer any loss due to this. However, we are not responsible once the product is delivered at your given address and later on it is found stolen or damaged.

AADRESS CHANGE:

Once the order is placed, still you can change the address of delivery if it is not dispatched from our warehouse/courier agency. In case if the order is already dispatched from our warehouse/courier agency then the change of address is not allowed.

 

INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:

Once the order is placed, you will receive a phone call from our sales department to verify the authenticity. Once the same is confirmed, the order shall be made ready for the dispatch. In case of in complete address or the address which does not match with the Pin code and in such case if the delivery cannot be made by the courier agency then, the necessary charges levied by the courier company shall be applicable to you.
